Registration/Conference Policies
A non-refundable, discounted conference registration fee will be due by July 1, 2009, after notification of acceptance for your presentation.
Below is the chart of the conference registration fee for each presenter and co-presenter attending (max. of three/3 per presentation).

* For registration purposes, Family Member means the parents/caregivers/guardians of a child or youth with disabilities or special health care needs.
All others will be considered Professional/Other.
Furthermore:
I understand I am responsible for reserving and paying for my own travel/hotel accommodations unless otherwise arranged in advance with conference coordinators.
I understand that child care will be provided on Saturday only for an additional fee, and that I must request child care services in advance as outlined above.
I understand that during the conference, pictures may be taken of family members, presenters and/or other attendees that will be used for “Families First” conference and promotional materials only.
Meals and refreshments not promoted as available during the conference timeframe are my responsibility.
