Child care services will be available on Saturday only for $10 per child. Preference is given to families coming in from out of town and space is limited to 30 children. Please contact Dan Dinnell at ddinnell@dhhs.nv.gov to sign up.  Need child care?
A certificate of attendance for attending both days only, will be made available.

Social Workers - CEUs can be requested by following the procedures from the State of Nevada's Board of Examiners for Social Workers website.  (Presenters Resume/Vitae/Bio can be provided upon request)

Early Bird Registration discount applies until July 31, 2009.

Space is limited so register early!  “Early Bird” registration discounts apply to family members as well as professionals.

Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your payment will be refunded in full if your registration is received after the conference has reached maximum capacity.

Cancellations must be made in writing and received at least 3 days prior to the conference. A 25% administrative fee will be assessed for cancellations and refunds will be mailed 4-6 weeks after the conference.

Furthermore:

I understand I am responsible for reserving and paying for my own travel/hotel accommodations unless otherwise arranged in advance with conference coordinators.

I understand that child care will be provided on Saturday only for an additional fee, and that I must request child care services in advance as outlined above.

I understand that during the conference, pictures may be taken of family members, presenters and/or other attendees that will be used for “Families First” conference and promotional materials only.

Meals and refreshments not promoted as available during the conference timeframe are my responsibility.
